 tful, provocative art.  Black art may be political, rooted in identity, a
 bout race, social justice, or a means of personal expression.  There is n
 o one definition of Black Art, but through various media and styles, uniqu
 e perspectives and experiences we will explore several important Black Ame
 rican artists with artist and professor Chris Vivas.
