This class is designed to improve balance and increase range of motion in joints. This is an excellent class for people with arthritis. Wear comfortable exercise attire and have an exercise mat and yoga strap.

This class is great for anyone who wants improved health and mobility, including athletes and hobbyists.

OrganizeMe! NY will teach audiences techniques for making well thought-out decisions on what to keep in their spaces and what to let go. They will also answer questions and provide organizing solutions to common challenges that get people stuck.

Learn how to create a compass using a paperclip, magnet and paper plate. Then, Ms. Paula will show you how to navigate North, South, East and West!

Join Little Miss Workbench and build a book holder with a shelf to organize your favorite reads. A practical, customizable project that adds charm to any space.

Join us for a 6-week workshop designed to provide comfort, support, and hope to those struggling with grief. Whether you are caregiving for someone ill, or grieving the loss of a loved one - all are welcome.

Bring your own games—bridge, Mah Jongg, or whatever you like. One registration reserves a table for all the Fridays in the month. Each group must register under the name of a CPL cardholder, who must be part of the group.

Do you have questions regarding your Smartphone, tablet or laptop? Our teen volunteers can
help! Come in with your device and questions prepared, and a volunteer will assist you one-on-one, to the best of their abilities.

Earn 1 hour of community service by assisting adults with their questions on how to use their phone, laptop, tablet, and other electronic devices.
