This class is designed to improve balance and increase range of motion in joints. This is an excellent class for people with arthritis. Wear comfortable exercise attire and have an exercise mat and yoga strap.
Join us at 2:00 PM for an afternoon with a classic film. Light snacks will be served.
Join A Time for Kids for a fun, education-based program with music, movement, stories, and a hippopotamus themed craft. Please dress to make a mess. A parent or adult caregiver must remain with the child during this program.
