This class is designed to improve balance and increase range of motion in joints. This is an excellent class for people with arthritis. Wear comfortable exercise attire and have an exercise mat and yoga strap.

Using fun facts and colorful photography, local long time birder Dianne Taggart, will tell us all about the amazing variety of esting birds found right here on LI
