This is a therapeutic chair exercise class designed for older seniors or for those with disabilities who are unable to participate in our regular yoga or exercise classes.

Enjoy a relaxing night painting your own tiny canvas that will be displayed on the main floor throughout April. We will provide relaxing music, a hot beverage, and painting supplies to create a beautiful tiny masterpiece.
