Program Description

Event Details

This class is great for anyone who wants improved health and mobility, including athletes and hobbyists. The class will meet you where you are by exploring various modalities including but not limited to Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Vinyasa style yoga. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, strap/ belt, 2 blocks, and 2 blankets/towels. Barefoot is recommended, or socks (with grips suggested) are optional. For Commack Public Library cardholders only.
